- 2 cups diced Vidalia onion
- 2 cups Swiss cheese
- 2 cups mayo

- Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Spoon into an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Bake at 400° F for 30 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve with crackers, rye chips, crostini, or veggies.
