Sloppy Joes are a classic… and this recipe is the BEST. Made with just 4 ingredients, it comes together in no time and makes a delicious weeknight dinner. It’s also one of our favorite meals to serve at parties, and it definitely makes enough to feed a crowd. If you’re looking for a new EASY go to recipe that everyone will love, this one is a must try!
I don’t know about you, but I’m always on the lookout for new dinner recipes that my kids will actually eat. I know it sounds ridiculous, and I never intended to raise picky eaters, but somewhere along the line they got picky.
Which is why, when I find a recipe that everyone actually likes, I’m all about it!
I made these Sloppy Joes the other night, and every one of my kids LOVED them. Which makes sense. I grew up on them… and I always loved them too! It definitely made me wonder why I’ve never made them before, and definitely made me realize I need to make them again. Soon.
Best of all, they literally couldn’t be easier to make. Just brown the meat, add a few ingredients, and you’re good to go!
I love the fact that the recipe makes enough for leftovers… and that the leftovers taste just as good as the original. And I especially love the fact that they’re perfect for the slow cooker. A total win!
